Consultant Services
Consultant services are provided on a best-effort basis. While Consultants will make reasonable efforts to assist Clients, they do not guarantee specific outcomes or investment returns. Consultant services do not include legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients are advised to seek guidance from qualified legal, financial, and tax professionals as needed.
Fees and Payment
Consultant’s fees for services will be discussed during the initial consultation. Any payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement, if applicable.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information available on the Website and during consultations is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Consultant makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
Limitation of Liability
The Consultant is not liable for any damages arising from the Client’s use of the Website or the Consultant’s services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages.
Confidentiality
Consultant agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the Client. The Client also agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the Consultant.
Termination
The Consultant reserves the right to terminate these Terms and discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between the Client and Consultant regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior or concurrent communications, representations, or agreements.
Amendments
The Consultant reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the posting of revised Terms constitutes the Client’s acceptance of the amendments.
